Star Wars: Dawn of Darkness
The Perlemian Sirens is a profesional bounty-hunting team composed entirely of like minded women devoted to professional standards and servicing high end clientele.
Founding and Early Years
The Perlemian Sirens were founded in the year 10BrS by then eighteen year-old Lady Neera Garren who sought adventure in hunting the elite and scum of the universe all for the highest possible bidder. Neera was able to secure accreditation from the [[Bounty Hunter’s Guild later that year for her organization.
Neera enjoyed moderate success in her first three years of business, making a livable amount of credits while building a solid reputation for herself.
The Clone Wars
The Clone Wars proved to be a boon for Neera and the fledgling Perlemian Sirens. Neera devised a scheme where she and her female partners would pose as a gladiatorial combat pit fighting team, and use this cover to infiltrate criminal operations in order to apprehend the wanted personnel.
The gladiatorial fighter cover worked perfectly for the duration of the three year conflict, aprehending wanted criminals through the Galaxy in the chaos of the Clone Wars.
The Dark Times
Following the end of the Clone Wars and the assention of the Galactic Empire, the Sirens found themselves increasingly pursuging bounties posted by Imperial authorities. Though the steady stream of bounties was welcome, the targets were often of a more advanced level, former Separatist leaders, even renegade Jedi Knights.
The new class of bounties provided many opportunities for the women of the Sirens to enhance their skill and training. Although a great many set back had taken place, by a year after the end of the Clone Wars the Sirens could proudly boast that not a single member of their organization had been killed in the pursuit of a bounty.
Encounters with the Player Party
The player party first met the Perlemian Sirens on the planet Ando exactly one year following the end of the Clone Wars. There they were undercover as a gladiatorial team, which Kalko the Colossal wagered on and won a large amount of credits.
Following the assassination of Imperial Governor Craz Oduur and the party’s subsequent framing for the murder, the Sirens took up the bounty.
Months later they were contacted by a woman named Tyrnia Masak who told them that she had located the party on the Outer Rim world of Dantooine, and that though she wanted nothing more than revenge against the party she would split the bounty of five-million credits a head with the Sirens. Neera accepted the deal, and a plan was hatched to travel to Dantooine in their respective starships and capture the party one at a time to avoid engaging them as a group.
Though they were able to aprehend Akira, an attempt to capture Kalko failed, and the Sirens starship was heavily damaged by the player party while they attempted to flee Dantooine. Akira managed to escape during the fighting, and after the Sirens surrendered the party following their ships destruction, he later advocated sparing the captured Siren’s lives rather than execute unarmed prisoners. He was able to convince Aidan to accept his plan rather than execute the women as proposed by Kalko.
Akira and Nyla would later take the prisoners to see the The Wise Old One, who chose to whipe the women’s memory of the party and the events on Dantooine, thereby protecting the party’s hiding place for the time being.
Tyrnia Masak however escaped Dantooine in her own starship and could not be found.
